From spring 2008 an absolutely new offer of the Wellness Plus Hotels is waiting for our guests: Masai Walking.
That new trendy sport is a mixture of walking with MBT shoes and dumbbells, slow jogging in the fat burning interval and a selection of more than 200 exercices to train strength, coordination and condition. Masai Walking is distiguished especially because of its consideration of the joints and at the same time it activates the muscles and tightenes the dermal issue. Therefore the body burns calories in an optimal way. MBT walking strengthens small muscles and the joints so that backache and painful joints diminish.
Masai Walking is adaptable to all fitness levels - both top athletes and arthrosis patients are already training very successfully with Masai Walking.
3 nights in a single and double room
including gourmet half board (= sumptuous breakfast buffet, juice, tea and fruit in the wellness area, dinner of 5-6 plates in the evening or a light Wellness Plus Menue)

1 group lesson (60 to 90 minutes, depending on the hotel) Masai Walking with your certificated Masai Walking trainer - including tips and tricks for your Masai Walking at home. Participants, who do not own MBT shoes can borrow them for the duration of the lesson.
